Slumber Party!

Yes, I know, I'm 28, but I still like slumber parties.

Yesterday afternoon I packed a bag, jumped in the car, and headed to Montrose!  Once in town, after running a few errands, I met up with my two wonderful friends; Joy and Cori.  The three of us worked together this past summer in Redcloud's coffee shop, Hebrews.  It was time for a reunion!

Conveniently, we all still live in Colorado.  I'm still in Lake City.  Joy is in Montrose.  Cori is attending school in Grand Junction at Mesa State, and is from Cedaredge.

So we met up for dinner at a nice restaurant in downtown Montrose called 'Belly.'  Then we went back to the Woerner's house (yes, where Andy & I stayed last winter; and where Joy is staying this winter) to enjoy some quality time.  We made a chocolate fondue in which we dipped strawberries, pineapple, bananas and pretzels.  Yum!

We spent the night, had breakfast this morning then parted ways.  Such a refreshing time of fellowship!

Wishing you joy, love, family, and friendship to you this season!  Merry Christmas and Happy 2011!
